Nursery raising

Proper nursery management and transplanting are important operations in the onion crop.

Time of Nursery : 15 Oct - 15 Nov.

Required Seeds per 1000 sq meter area - 80k-1.0 lac seeds

After 45-50 days, the seedling can be traplanted in field on rised bed with muclching.
