SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally shipped within 2–5 business days.

Delays caused by courier or external circumstances are beyond our control.

SECTION 6 – RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

No return or refund will be accepted once the product (especially seeds or biologicals) is opened or used.

In case of wrong or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof sent to WhatsApp +91 9821970824 or email.

No replacement or complaint will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

Customers agree not to raise payment disputes once the order is fulfilled and delivered as per description.

Farmers Stop, its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to crop failure, poor germination, yield loss, or financial loss, arising from the use or misuse of any product sold.
Product performance depends on several uncontrollable factors such as climate, soil, storage, pest pressure, and user practices.
In any case, if liability is established by a competent authority, the maximum compensation shall not exceed ₹5000 (Rupees Five Thousand only), irrespective of the order value.
No claims shall be entertained beyond this limit under any circumstances.
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
All transactions and disputes are subject to the laws of India. Legal jurisdiction will be Jaipur, Rajasthan.
