• The heads are awl – shaped inverted, compact and firm to be excellent quality.
• It weighs 1.4 to 1.7 kg.
• Suitable to be planted from 18 to 25 degrees Celsius in warm weather conditions.
• It will bolt in cool weather conditions (below 15 degree Celsius), and will not form head in high temperature conditions (above 30 degree Celsius).

Sowing and establishment

Raise seedlings in a clean nursery medium and transplant healthy, hardened plants into a well-prepared bed. Use the packet’s recommended sowing window because temperature strongly affects head and curd formation.

Growing and harvest

Keep soil moisture consistent during establishment and head development. Leave enough space for mature plants, remove competing weeds, and monitor caterpillars and sucking pests. Harvest compact heads or curds before quality declines.
